The Visitors Center is surrounded by Scots pine magnificent forests, a Sierra de Guadarrama extraordinary site, and right in the heart of La Fuenfría Valley. In such a high value natural environment, there is a wide paths network running through the Valley, created for the visitor to enjoy landscape and the highly appreciated charming corners of that zone.

The Visitors Center building has a visitor information desk, an exhibitions room, a library and a classroom. The permanent exhibition shows an audiovisual and some explanatory boards related to La Fuenfría Valley. During the year there are several temporary exhibitions.

In the outside part, a parking lot is available, and there is as well a rockery garden and a plot where the autochthon flora of the Valley is reproduced.
